1. About Embrace Ability
Embrace Ability is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities and special abilities through compassionate, person-centered support services designed to promote independence, dignity, inclusion, and meaningful community engagement.
2. Eligibility for Services
Services are available to individuals with disabilities or special abilities, family members or legal guardians acting on their behalf, and community members in approved programs.
Participants must provide accurate information during enrollment. For participants under 18, parent/guardian consent may be required.
3. Individualized Services
We provide person-centered services tailored to each participant's goals, needs, and abilities. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment opportunities, or medical results.
4. Respectful Conduct
Participants, families, staff, and partners are expected to treat others with dignity, avoid discriminatory behavior, respect privacy, follow safety instructions, and promote inclusion.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Personal information is used only for service delivery, communication, safety, and legal compliance. We do not share confidential information without consent, except when required by law or in emergencies.
6. Medical and Emergency Disclaimer
Embrace Ability is not a hospital or emergency response provider. Participants and guardians are responsible for accurate medical information and seeking emergency care when needed.
7. Payments and Fees
Some services may require payment or approved funding. Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.
8. Scheduling and Cancellations
Please give reasonable notice for cancellations. Repeated missed appointments may affect service availability.
9. Transportation and Community Activities
Participants follow safety rules and staff instructions. We are not responsible for lost belongings or third-party delays.
10. Intellectual Property
All content and materials created by Embrace Ability remain the property of the organization.
11. Media Release
With consent, we may use photos, videos, or testimonials for educational and promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embrace Ability is not liable for indirect damages, lost property, undisclosed medical conditions, or actions of third-party providers.
13. Non-Discrimination
We do not discriminate based on disability, race, national origin, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, cultural background, or socioeconomic status.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
